Although the rooms were nothing like the photos on the website and I still got entered by housekeeping, the hotel is conveniently located close enough to get to everything. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very polite and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring New Orleans, steps away from all the attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory but a bit hard to get used to, especially with a sullen waitress. Overall, the hotel offers a great value for the price paid.
