The service was exceptional, with the staff being very polite and friendly. The location is perfect for exploring New Orleans, steps away from all the attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory but a bit hard to get used to, especially with a sullen waitress. Overall, the hotel offers a great value for the price paid.
